With the “Banking Supervisory Requirements for IT”, which were amended on August 16, 2021, BaFin has specified its requirements for the function of the information security officer: These officers manage the information security process, support the management in defining the information security guideline and draw up information security guidelines. They are also the point of contact for all information security issues – both internally and for third parties.
After the great response and the successful completion of eleven certificate courses since 2017, we are pleased to be able to offer you a new date:
The four-day certificate course
Information Security Officer (ISB) for credit institutions
from November 21 to 24, 2023 in Cologne
supports you as a (future) information security officer or deputy in the fulfillment of your tasks. You will gain a comprehensive insight into the tasks and responsibilities of the information security officer, the topic of information security management and the associated risks as well as all relevant legal/regulatory requirements. Other key topics include incident and emergency management as well as the ISO 27001 and BSI IT baseline protection standards. Excursuses from banking practice round off the event.
