ID:Smart Workshop 2024
in Darmstadt. The workshop, formerly known as the Smartcard Workshop, has been the reference event for practice-oriented researchers, members of standardization groups, decision-makers and experts from companies and public administrations since 1991. The ID:Smart Workshop papers will address innovations, regulations, standards, certifications or implementations related to electronic identities for connected devices and people, with a focus on application-related or fundamental topics and research, such as:
- All aspects of the life cycles of digital identities
- Technologies and industry best practices related to cryptography as PQC, conformance and interoperability testing, assessment and certification
- Identity technologies such as travel and identity documents, wallets, qualified electronic certification of properties, proof of identity, etc.
- Use cases for consumers and industries such as Secure IoT, automation, healthcare, mobility/automotive, government services and others.
