Your tasks

As part of our project administration, your duties include correct order creation and billing, as well as the recording and processing of services, including ensuring correct booking.
You will also check external services and travel expenses.
Furthermore, your area of responsibility includes invoicing, ensuring service recording processes while taking closing deadlines into account, and continuous order controlling.
Supporting central accounts receivable management in clarifying overdue receivables.
You maintain active customer contact regarding invoicing and timely payment.
You are familiar with the financial accounting processing of bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable documents.
Finally, you act as a competent contact person for commercial queries and coordinate necessary commercial decisions with all relevant departments.
Acting as an interface to controlling, we expect your participation in the preparation of evaluations, analyses, and reports, as well as in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Your profile

Commercial training, such as industrial or office clerk, or an equivalent vocational qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience. Very good knowledge of financial accounting is required.
Knowledge of MS Office as well as, ideally, Navision Financial and Projectile (project management tool).
High service orientation, assertiveness, sociability, and strong communication skills when dealing with various stakeholders.
Organizational talent paired with a structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
Business fluent German and good English skills.
