Advent has begun – but this year many things are different. After two years of pandemic restriction, we can once again celebrate these days with family and friends in a somewhat more liberated way. But our joy is also dampened these days when we hear and see the news. Not far from us in the east, people have little reason to rejoice. The war in Ukraine is brutal and the winter is cold. Many houses are destroyed, no electricity, no water, no heat. The food supply has also collapsed in many places.
Having built up and cultivated many business relationships in Ukraine in recent years, this is particularly close to our hearts. We have therefore decided to forego gifts to employees and business partners this year and instead support the winter aid for Ukraine organised by Help e.V.. We think that we are also acting in the interest of all our business partners and hope that in this way we can contribute a little to ensuring that Christmas also arrives in Ukraine.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust and cooperation in the year that is coming to an end. We are very happy that you have been close to us even in a year marked by physical distance and we are looking forward to the coming year to implement further exciting projects together with you. But until then, of course, there is still a little time left. Use the days off to recharge your batteries and spend some peaceful hours. We wish you a wonderful Christmas – despite the circumstances – and above all enough rest. And then, of course, a good start to the new year full of ideas and strength for new tasks.
