Right in the middle of it all: the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), which also presented product certificates to manufacturers at the trade fair. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body\">We were particularly pleased to hand over the certificates to our customer Theben Smart Energy. The company received two certificates for the re-certification of the control module: One according to TR-03109-5 for interoperability and one according to the BSZ procedure for IT security. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body\">As a testing body, we were able to support Theben Smart Energy in this process. The re-certification confirms that the control module continues to meet the high security requirements of the BSI and works together with other components of the smart metering system. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body\">Such projects show how important close cooperation between manufacturers, test centers and the BSI is for the successful rollout of the smart meter infrastructure.
