We are not a loud company. We often work in the background – but very thoroughly, very collegially and with high standards.
What this means in everyday life is best explained by those who have been part of SRC for a long time.

There is always movement in sales and that is exactly what I appreciate about my work at SRC. The people who work here have strong technical skills and are really forward-thinking. This environment challenges me, but it also encourages me.

I am given space to develop and grow into new areas that go beyond my original role. It doesn't feel like 'working through tasks', but like a real development path.

What characterizes everyday life is the collaboration with colleagues from different areas. We work together closely, with commitment and on an equal footing.

Then there is the international environment. Our customers are based in the USA, Europe and Asia - that makes the work challenging, varied and professionally exciting.

At SRC, I am in a role that combines many things: Processes, projects and practical implementation. Even though I don't come from an assessment background, I can use my experience here exactly where it is needed. What I particularly appreciate about SRC is the high level of expertise and the respectful interaction with each other. You work in a focused, solution-oriented way and in a good team that really works. For me, this is an environment in which the work has substance and in which I feel that I am in good hands, both professionally and personally.

I originally came to SRC as a technical employee and was impressed by how much interdisciplinary knowledge and expertise comes together here. People from very different areas work together at SRC, and it was precisely this environment that helped me to learn quickly and find my own way.

What I particularly appreciate is the genuine appreciation for good work. Performance does not go unnoticed here. This recognition has given me the space to develop professionally, to take on responsibility and to venture into new areas of responsibility.
