Working student (m/f) for the customer management team
We are looking for you to join our customer management team as a working student as soon as possible.
As a customer management working student, you will work independently with other student workers to organise daily availability from Monday to Friday 09:00 — 17:00. After familiarisation with our services, you will be the first contact person available to our customers and will support them via telephone and e‑mail (no acquisition activities!) or pass them on to one of our consultants.
What we expect
We are looking for student assistants who will support us independently in any activities that arise and do not understand these as just a task or “job”. For this you need organisational talent and previous knowledge in office communication would be ideal. Furthermore, we expect:
You can express yourself very well, have a pleasant voice on the phone and are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Other foreign languages are a plus.
You are experienced in working with the Internet (e‑mail and WWW) as well as the Office applications (MS Word and Excel) and you work carefully.
You are flexible and can generally support us for at least 16 hours a week.
You have a long-term interest in this activity
You will be introduced to the job and systematically trained by us, therefore no previous professional knowledge is required.
