Security Analyses of Hardware and Software
SRC performs Hard- and Software security analyses of components and systems based on the principals of different testing criteria. SRC is accredited and licensed by the Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik - BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security) as an internationally approved evaluation facility for security components and systems according to the Common Criteria (ISO 15408). Furthermore, SRC is acknowledged as an evaluator for security in the electronic payment systems by the "Zentraler Kreditausschuss" (ZKA). Within this context, there are mutual agreements with approval schemes in other European countries like the Netherlands and Belgium. Further on, SRC is allowed to perform security audits for PED (PIN Entry Devices), EPP (Encrypting PIN Pads) and IP enabled Terminals according to the security standards of the Payment Card Industry (PCI). The certificates provided by SRC will be accepted by MasterCard, Visa and JCB. SRC employees are accredited by DPG (Deutsche Pfandsystem Gesellschaft) for auditing the IT-implementation of deposit machines.
